exoinsight couldn't connect to server

hi i am wondering

(1) when extracting essbase data through exoinsight, there is an error code keep showing as "error transferring data: couldn't connect to server" when I connect to the interface build for users to input username and password.

Itself works fine with exoinsight in isolation pulling the right data.

(2)  How to dynamically pull trailing 12 months' data?

Any help is appreciated!
