You're only able to schedule jobs in Designer if you have a Server or Desktop Automation - https://help.alteryx.com/20214/designer/schedule-workflows

1- you need have a Server or Alteryx Designer Automation license.

2- the Alteryx Service must be running in your computer. (if you Schedule the job in Alteryx designer only.)

3- Set schedule for your job now.

Note: your licence must allow the use of the Scheduler (i.e a desktop automation licence)
