email tools An authentication function returned an error.

Hi, All,

I used Alteryx designer 2024.2.193version to send small table with three columns and 15 records to my business partner. I add email tools with DCM setting based on my co-worker who get it works and my network credentials.  I got following errors:

Error: Email (14): Record#1: Func 'curl easy perform' failed, ret = 94, desc = An authentication function returned an error.

I check my setting exact same with my co-worker and credential without issues.

Anyone happens to see this error and find solutions.  if so, could you share solution?

@leirhyh make sure the email id is valid, sometime this error occurs if the email id is wrong

email is valid.  Do you think it could be back by our firewall for email from Alteryx designer?  I'm use the same setting from my co-workers, they worked, but not me.
