download file from behind login page?

i have a download link, but before the file will download, i'm prompted with a login page

as soon as i enter these credentials, the download begins, but i'm not sure how to invoke that through alteryx..

is this possible?

hey @Matthew 

you can automate the download of this through the Download tool. Within the download tool, there is an 'authentication' tab, wherer you can supply your username and password. In the case that doesn't work, you may need to look at basic auth within the download tool as a HTML header - or even dig into some Python usage.
