downgrade Designer version within same major release

Hello,

 

We're having some issues with Alteryx 2024.1 Patch 2 (2024.1.1.71). Downgrading to Patch 1 (2024.1.1.49) is our solution, but I can't seem to download this specific lower version of Alteryx Designer. By default, downloads.alteryx.com, offers me the latest Patch when I download the Non-Admin installation.

 

Any idea?
