diff between date times in hours

Hi, guys!

I must be MASSIVELY missing something, but cannot figure out why this is not working like I expect.

I am trying to take a difference between two datetimes in hours, but whatever I do, the diff is calculated as 0! :(

In your formula, you have the same field name listed twice.
