designer to new workstation

How can I transfer designer to another computer, I can transfer the license but I want to transfer workflows and anything else that needs to be transferred.

@efehn, the license is the trickiest part. The workflows are just files (.yxdb). You would transfer them as you would any other document on your old machine.

thanks for replying luke, I went ahead and upgraded. I found that the old computer connected to the local machine to run the scheduler, On the new server I try to connect to the local machine and it doesn't work. it asks for a token, I saw documentation that discusses connecting to the server product but this is not server only the designer is running. Do you know how to connect the schedular to the local computer. 

The guy who used to take care of this has left the company.

I figured out that I needed to install the admin version of designer
