I used cross tab tool to do the pivot staff, but the transposed column will in alphabetic order, which is not consistent with what I expected. Is there any way it can keep the same order like row number?

Here is an example setup to keep the ordering after a cross tab. It will work with all column headers except those with "_" in them.
If your headers contain "_" there are a few adjustments to make.

Ingenious efficient solution, thank you! the Cross tab tool itself should give us the option to preserve the field order according to how they come up in the records. Hopefully in a future release.
