create new rows with text

I am trying to add two new rows with text at the bottom of the data

Sample Input:

Col ACol BCol CCol DCol E1123456ABC  ABC123  Ax*Note 1DEF187  Bx**Note 2GHF197  Cx**Note 2HML321  Dx**Note 2LKH456  Ex*Note 1LMB879  Fx*Note 1

Sample Output:

Col ACol BCol CCol DCol E1123456ABC  ABC123  Ax*Note 1DEF187  Bx**Note 2GHF197  Cx**Note 2HML321  Dx**Note 2LKH456  Ex*Note 1LMB879  Fx*Note 1          * Share class was launched during the period** Share class was closed during the period.
