convert date time format into epoch (nanoseconds format) in Alteryx

Hi All, Have been facing issue while converting datetime to the precision of nanoseconds. For eg. I have datetime in this format: 2019-10-09 12:30:00. Its equivalent in nanoseconds format is: 1570581030

How to carry out this conversion in Alteryx as for now, it doesn't support precision level of nanoseconds as well as milliseconds.

Is 1570581030 not in seconds?
