I have a workflow that produces the following output, however I would like to clean up the appearance by converting the amounts to numbers (with commas for thousands), however keep the titles intact.

What would be the best way to keep the order of the divisions listed on the original file?
@binuacs, your assistance has been very helpful. I have one more thing that got thrown my way with this scenario.
If I have a subtotal in the middle of the report that only sums the first 2 records, then have a grand total that sums everything except the subtotal line, how could I work around that? I attached an updated excel file.
