Hello,

can someone give a quick and painless way how to replace parts of the string  based on a condition? I am attaching workflow with things I have tried.

@Fran2 updated your formula like below

 

IF [Field1] = "asd" THEN "1" ELSEIF [Field1] = "asd f" then "2" else [Field1] ENDIF
