cmd tool wokring fine in designer not server

User is using CMD tool in Alteryx designer, in that CMD basically user is converting xls file into XLX file using one exe file which is working fine in her designer not server.

error -

"E:\ProgramData\Alteryx\Service\Staging\13288b8e1520de44d76a135316d000\__StageTemp\Engine_6312_9c01b694f7abf14b5ab3cb3dd11~\RunCommand.bat" returned an error code: 1 (ToolId: 5)

Please help

What you're experiencing is not uncommon. Couple things to check first:

1. Make sure that the Run Command Tool is enabled on Gallery
2. Make sure that the directories you're accessing are visible to the Gallery and that you the permissions are setup to allow for read/write
3. Make sure that your directory paths are UNC instead of the traditional letter path format

Also, if you're using "run as" then the service account needs to be setup with the corresponding permissions to the drive locations.  Not saying this is going to be the source of your issue, but these things are worth checking as a first pass.
