Hey @ntudev,
You can use a formula tool like this:
The community has some quick and easy videos on formulas and the Formula Tool here https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Interactive-Lessons/tkb-p/interactive-lessons/label-name/Writing%20...
Any questions or issues please ask :)

is it possible to say, if it it moved by < >
.05 "Move Up by 1"
.10 "Move Up by 2"
.15 "Move Up by 3"
.50 "Move Up by 4"
1 Move Up by 5
.
@ntudev It definitely is possible though what do you mean by .05? does that mean Moody Rating-Prior Month Moody is between 0 and .05 or does it mean there is a 5% change?
it doesnt matter as long as i see your formula, i'm just making things up that is similar to my project.
