calculate the YTD from latest fiscal year

hi 

is there a way to calculate the latest fiscal year.

for example

i have date column from 2019 to 2021. and my fiscal year starts from Nov to OCT. i want ytd only from latest fiscal year i.e Nov 2020-Oct 2021. The fiscal year should be dynamic(it should automaticallly change next year)
