automating Alteryx for BI dashboard ?

hi guys. i'm new to alteryx but i have some experience with BI tools ( i'm using Qlik right now)

i was wondering is there any tools like Qlik nprinting( this feature will enable you to create certain format ahead, and automate the dashboard result )

i know there are some output feature to Qlik/tableau/powerBI but as far as i know it only produced for certain format for example .Qvx format and need to manually upload the file into the BI platform

. My goal is to create automation for BIreporting without manual intervention for day to day basis . if someone can help me with the architecture that would be great

If you have the Alteryx Server and your ETL process is already setup, you can automate the aggregations for your Qlik dashboard.

You can configure the settings in Server to schedule send to Qlik, then from Qlik Management Console, you can write in an hourly refresh rate.

But other than that, manual intervention is the only way if you don't have Alteryx Server. But I don't think it's that bad to click Run every now and then to populate your visuals... Otherwise if you have a data lake already setup, might as well go direct from the data lake to QlikSense.

Hi @wildandsi

The level of integration you are expecting with Qlik is not possible, with Alteryx you will be able to generate any sort of PDF and Excel files, as iterative as your last refresh.
