alteryx designer core certificate not recieved

I had passed my Alteryx Designer Core certification on May 7th,2024 and I have not yet received  the certificate. Kindly look into the matter. Thank you.

I got mine almost immediately through the credly platform. Did you sign up in credly?

It comes from Credly, not Alteryx. The Designer Core is showing up in your profile.

The people in this community are users, just like yourself.  We don't work for Alteryx, aside from special cases like the moderators.

If you still haven't received your certificate reach out the certification@alteryx.com

yes, but did not receive on credly. its just shown on my profile but did not receive the certificate on credly.

I completed all the Designer Micro-certifications on 14th Aug 2024 and received badges from Credly by 16th Aug 2024. Even though I can see the Designer Core badge in Alteryx I dint receive any mail stating I would get the Designer Core Badge from Credly.

Please help
