adding a column if unique id meets criteria

I am wanting to add column that notes if the unique id meets a criteria

input example

ID	Event type	Event Date
123	created	9/1/2022
123	coded	9/1/2022
123	signed	9/5/2022
12	created	9/1/2022
12	coded	9/1/2022
1234	created	9/5/2022
1234	sent back for approval	9/7/2022

12345	created	9/1/2023
1234	coded	9/1/2023
12345	signed	9/5/2023

Output

ID	Coded?	Signed, if signed date is less than 365 days from today
123	Coded	Not Signed
12	Coded	Not Signed
1234	Not Coded	Not Signed
12345	Coded	Signed
