activation email received after installation

I have installed Alteryx Designer, but I have not received the activation email. I’ve checked my Spam and other folders, but the link hasn’t arrived.

Can you get the license key from your Alteryx admin / license administrator?

There is not normally an email in my experience - you just get the license from your Alteryx admin. Can you try that?

If you are talking about the trial, you should’ve been able to register once you installed and opened Alteryx and it would’ve given you a key immediately

I'm not sure what the question is - if you have a license, insert the license key and activate. If you don't have a license key, did you go through the Trial link? Alteryx Designer Free Trial Download - Alteryx

If you've done a trial before (you might've since you registered years ago), then they might not give you a key - reach out to fulfillment@alteryx.com for any further questions

If you have recently purchased it might be under new pricing and packaging. In such case no license key is required. Fulfillment send the email to the admin and admin accept the invitation, post which from admin licenses can be enabled for particular users.
