I'm trying to read in HR data and see what correlates with True/False for retirements.

I am getting results, but I am not sure what to look for.

In terms of this result, where should I start to determine, for example, “In this case, there is a high likelihood of correlation”?

Though I am not an expert of predictiveanalysis, "Assosiation Analysis" Tool may come in handy to see the correlation between columns,
