Year on Year calculation

I have the data in the following form

Year	Month	Metric	Values
2020	Jan	Net sales	6%
2021	Jan	Net Credit Margin	10%
2020	Feb	Net Charge offs	13%
2021	Feb	Delinquency ratio	15%

I need to calculate  the percentage difference between net sales 2021(Jan) and net sales 2020 (Jan)
I am new to Alteryx it would be really helpful if you could guide me
