YTD - Add Months' Amounts dynamically and subtract from YTD to get latest months amounts

Hi,

I need some help with my workflow.

I am attaching the screenshot and file below:

So, the amounts for May (considering that is my latest month to compute) are to be calculated. The values every month are given for YTD. And, the formula to calculate for May amounts is = YTD - (Sum of Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr).

Is there a way to add the amounts dynamically, i.e. if we go to June: the formula updates to YTD - (Sum of Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr and May).

Also, would be great if we could implement the Fiscal year into this.

Thank you in advance!

@atcodedog05

Regards,

Rajat

Hi @RajatK

You could use the workflow attached to calculate the latest month from the YTD dynamically.

Hope this helps.
