Writing data to the excel in a format as of input file.

I have a daily task where i need to transfer data from 1 excel to another excel based on unique identifier key.

Lets say, I have " ABC.xlsx" as today's file and "PQR.xlsx" as my yesterday's file.
I want to transfer 4 columns data from "PQR.xlsx" to "ABC.xlsx" and maintain the format of "ABC.xlsx" after getting updated with yesterday's file data.

Next day, 1 more file will come, and i will re[eat the same process.

Can anyone help me with sample workflow.
