How to remove subtotals and blank lines from my data?

Can you please provide sample input data and expected output.
Frist Step
I have a file that have blank rows and subtotals. I would like to remove them. I tried using data cleansing but it does not seem to be working.
Please see screen shot below.
Should I use the data cleansing tool first to remove blank rows and subtotals?
You can use Filter tool BU is not null.
Can you provide sample data file.

Similar to what @atcodedog05 mentioned in his reply, please find attached a sample workflow to do this.
Note:- The workflow uses sample data.
