Workflow or macro to do look up function on dynamic number of fields

Hi,

I hope someone can help me. I have been working on my workflow for months and could not seem to create a workflow or macro that can do look up function on a data that has dynamic number of fields. As shown below my Text Input_1 has 7 fields. My Text Input_2 has the value for each column on my Text Input_1. I made a simple macro but the challenge I'm having is that my Text Input_1 is dynamic, it can change from having 7 fields down to 3 or 4 or will have 8 columns for instance. What workflow or macro can effectively do function look up for that scenario and give me an output as shown on screenshot below.

I really appreciate your help but I forgot to mention that my data has more has several rows. I tried to use the macro you sent but the result is not exactly what I need it to be. Here's how my data looks like with several rows and the output I am hoping to achieve. Thank you again for taking time to help me.
