Workflow doesn't create external IDs

Hi guys, 

I cant extract external IDs from excel files, I am using the Salesforce input tool. Yesterday I was able to run with duplicates, I have fixed it, but know the flow doesn't work. Could you give me some advice? Please see the attached file below.

Is there an error reported back from a specific tool?
