Once I open and edit a workflow in Designer Desktop from gallery and when I go to save it back to gallery, I'm only able to save it to gallery if I edit it quickly and then click on the 'Save' option under 'File' at the top left. In case I edit the workflow for say an hour, and then go and click on the 'Save' option under 'File', it does not show the usual 'Saving to Gallery' pop up. Does anyone know why this might be happening?

I think this may be a good candidate to report through Mission Control (my.alteryx.com) to ensure Customer Support is aware and can provide insight into resolution. The case submission process will also search the Knowledge Base in case there is a known solution
Is your Server in a vpn or otherwise accessible via SSO? Seems like this could be an identity token timeout.
