Workflow Summary set up and error message

Hi

I've just been upgraded to version 2024.2.1.14 and have tried to set up the 'workflow Summary' tab but get the below error message when I run it.I also got a bit loss when trying to set up the

sorry sent message too early, had trouble setting up DCM key. Is there a way to tell if this is set up correctly?
