Workflow Schedule select "My Computer" not an option how to fix?

Purchased the Designer plus Desktop Automation (Scheduler) and when attempting to schedule a job to run on my computer it's not an option. 

Here are the steps that are being followed:

Below is an image of how its not coming up as an option do I need to download something else?

I thought they sunset the Desktop Automation option, but looks like they still have resources on this! Did you follow all steps? Install (or Upgrade) Designer + Scheduler (alteryx.com) & Configure Desktop with Scheduler (alteryx.com) seem like great articles.
