Workflow Latency issue

Hi,

One of my workflow which is published in alteryx server is running infinitely.

Usually it takes 4-5minute but now its running forever. Cancelling the workflow is also not working. 

When i refresh the page it will again start running.

Can someone tell me what could be the issue here?

Note: Its running fine in my desktop Alteryx designer tool.

Sorry to hear about the issues you're facing with Server.

My first response would be giving the worker machine a restart (and potentially, all other machines in the server stack), this may iron out an issue somewhere.

What is the power of your server machine, does it have the recommended specifications? https://help.alteryx.com/20214/server/system-requirements 

You may also get a hint from the log files, found here:

Logs:

Service Logs - C:\ProgramData\Alteryx\Service
Gallery Logs - C:\ProgramData\Alteryx\Gallery\Logs

These may be worth sending to Alteryx Support too.

@TheOC , My machine met with recommended specifications.

I think the server is not picking up the process. I can see the status is changing between QUEUED to RUNNING.

But it never complete.
