Work out the incremental values of a cumulative column in a new column

I have a workflow that gives me a cumulative value by day of individual record number. Please see the mock up attached. I am trying to find a tool that can help with working out the INCREMENTAL_VALUE by Day for each record number. Any help would be appreciated!!
