Widening Columns in a Chart

I have a workflow that is creates a table with aging buckets of items, shown below and no matter what I do I cannot seem to figure out how to widen the columns so that the headers do not have the characters stacked the way they currently are.  Is there a way to fix this in the table tool or would I need to add spaces to the back of the data  to make the table tool think the columns need to be wider?

@MattR79 adjust the paper size in your render tool

It's not going to a render tool, the output is through an email tool, so unfortunately that is not an option in this case.

Have you tried going through Table Configuration and changing the table width? I'm not sure if this will work, but figured I'd at least suggest it.
