Hi @janet-jtian 

 

I would first recommend upgrading your designer license to a newer version to benefit from enhancements made to the software. If that is not possible, I would then recommend to deinstall and then reinstall designer. During the installation process you can select to install the predictive tools directly. Then you do not need to download and install it separately.
