Where's the LOAD custom avatar button?

Hi folks,

 

trying to update the avatar but for whatever reason the load option is gone.  I had previously loaded a custom one but as i went to update to a new one, the previous one got wiped and i have no option other than to pick from the standard ones.

Does anyone know a solution to this issue?

It should be right on your profile page (https://community.alteryx.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/303995), or when you click Avatars under "Edit Profile" (My Community Settings - Alteryx Community) - can you show us screenshots of both places?

Hello,
It sounds like a UI or permissions glitch—try checking your profile settings under “Edit Profile” and “Avatars.” If the custom upload option is missing, clearing cache or switching browsers may help. If not, report it to support for a fix.

Hello @3I_ATLAS ,

I believe I had the same issue just last week - when I went to edit my avatar, this was all I could see:

If yours looks like this with no other options along the top, as seen in @alexnajm screenshot, then you should report the issue to support and they should be able to assist you from there. Like @james598patton stated, it is apparently a permissions issue.

Thank you all!  I wish I could give the 'Accept as Solution' to all of you guys, but there can only be One! :(  I rolled the dice and the lucky winner was...... @james598patton 

YEs.. the Upload an Avatar link doesn't show up for me... some bug or permission glitch.  I emailed 'Mission Control '.  My challenge was actually finding that email address to communicate the issue.  Hopefully that's the right address.  Looking forward to hearing back from support...

Clearing the cache or using Chrome instead of Edge did not work.
