Where can I find latest Alteryx Designer admin download file?

Hi all -

I keep getting notification that there is an updated version of alteryx and I need to update. I believe this is the latest version which one of my colleagues shared:

However, I cant seem to locate the download file to update. The new version tab is greyed out. And when I installed latest patch released on 6th Jan 2023 from "previous version tab" it reverted to an earlier version of alteryx. 

Great if someone can share provide some guidance?

In my case, when I login the download page, I can switch between different account.

Can you try to see if you can also switch so you can find the admin version associated with a certain account?
