When the Text Box kept as Blank it should take available data and update the cell.

I'm trying to create a Analytic app using some tool like List Box and Text Box. 

So here I'm not sure how to make sure when the Text Box kept as Blank it should take available data and update the cell.

Ah, I see. That is not what you're telling it to do. You should be able to fix with an IF statement.

I have updated that formula as shown below, now it's only taking the "XXXXX" 

Not taking the text added in the Text Box tool.

Note: 1. If I added the text in Text box tool it should take that added text

          2. If Text box tool is empty (not updated with any text) then it should take data from STATUS column.  Thanks!

That's only if you run the workflow by itself. You need to run it as an app.

The output only appears in the output file. The screenshot you are sharing is not from the output. Can you open the output and check?

What happened to your action tool?

Previously I had removed that as shown by the support team @BS_THE_ANALYST 

Now I have added the action toll still it's not working.

We are just users - not support team 😊. Now that you've added it back, you need to update the string to be updated at the bottom and just have XXXXX in that field.
