What does run as an admin mean?

Windows question.  I am a Mac person.  I just started using an actual PC and Windows again within the last year.

I am trying to install the NLTK library using the Python tool.  I know I need to run Designer as an admin.  

I have the Admin version of Designer installed, but I still get the denied error.  ( Importing NLTK in Python Tool )

So, what does it mean to run "as an admin"?   (I run Alteryx on my own PC and I am the only user.)

I figured it out.  I hate Windows.  When are we going to get a native Alteryx Designer on Apple M2...
