What-If is just the analysis of how changes in your inputs affect the outputs after they have been transformed by your model.  Like What-If analysis in Excel there are many ways to perform it depending on what you're looking for.  Can you provide details about a specific problem you're trying to solve?

Also, the attached workflow ("Exemples Fonctionalities PMLT.yxzp") may help as it illustrates how to initiate a forecast version and add value or % effect globally or by segment (via an Analytics App which serves as a user-configurable interface to adjust your parameters to perform the What-If analysis).
