Fully Recoverable [A]

Irrecoverable [B]

Total  [C = A + B ]

Partial Recoverable Percentage % = [A / C ]

And Please provide the solution for the workflow

to create Total use formula tool 

and add the columns A and B

for Partial Recoverable Percentage % use same formula and divide A and C

Make sure the datatypes are same for adding and division
