Want to delete extra rows in template file after data pasted

Hi,

I want to delete extra rows after paste data into template file or would it possible to copy paste table format to all the rows in template.

I have attached my input, template and output file for your reference. Please advice me.

You have to adjust for the appropriate column names by adding them in Alteryx, but the concept above should get you what you want. :)

Unfortunately, your idea of removing the rows is a bit difficult because the colour is already hard coded. Even if the data is overwritten, your colours remain. 

Maybe you can elaborate on why you want to remove the rows?

@caltang  Actually, we need to do the table formatting for all the rows per procedure but we can't do table formatting on Alteryx so thought I do formatting manually for 25000 rows and then we can delete if the data is not there.

Why can’t you do the formatting on Alteryx? What is your criteria? Lay it out. Maybe we can help.
