Want to create a column and update the closing date through Date tool

Want to create a column and update the closing date  every month through date tool selection. Please advise.

Please refer below screen shot of sample data, I have prepaid expenses and yellow column closing date need to be changed every month, so I want to pick this date through Date tool. Is this possible? please advise.

Find in attachement the way of doing this.

As yo can see in the screenshoot below, I selected Sept 2, 2022 in Date tool for testing and it appears in the Month end date as you ask for.
