Vlookup

I have a dataset A, where I have made a filter to sort all out with Mappe = 100. 

Now I want to make a dataset, where I only want the rows from A, which match Bilag which is filtered out. 

I think it is at sort of vlookup. In the excel file I have shown what I want.

Use a Join tool then to bring these together:  Join Tool
