Vlookup in multiple data and also removing duplicates

Hi,

I have two tabs of data that I would like to give as input the do a lookup in the unique ID  with the current month file and the previous month files and update the previous month's values with current months values.

Can some please help me with the workflow for this.

Please find the attached test file where I have highlighted the vlookup and after vlookup I would like to merge the previous month and the current month tab and update the data that is matching in the vlookup with the current month data.

Please help.
