Value to be matched from one dataset to closest lower value in another set

Hi!

I have 2 datasets. In one there is a group of "badges" and how many points do we need to achieve that badge

Another dataset is how many points did one person achieve.

How could I join these two datasets? I.e If I have myself at for example 98 points, how can I match myself from another dataset, where for example I need 90 points to get a badge?

I attached yxzp as an example.
