VERY BASIC Transpose/Cross-tab question (I think)

Hi all - I consider myself a reasonably proficient basic user of Alteryx but just seem to have a blind spot around transposing and cross-tabbing data. My very simple problem is this - I have a list with >1000 rows of data, thus:

and I want to change it to look like this:

and my brain just CANNOT understand how to do it.

 

Would appreciate the 30 seconds it probably takes a "real" Alteryx user to tell me the best way to do it. Many thanks in advance.
