V_String to Date conversion

Question

I have a data -

Datatype of column "Date_Added" is - "V_String"

When I try to convert it, it's showing NULL. I want to convert it so that I can add a range formula later.

Need help.

@EN6924 Another option if you are not sure about the format just use the custom format
