Using the Intelligence Suite in Alteryx ver 2018.4

Quick question. 

How do I use my Intelligence Suite summer license in Alteryx ver 2018.4? 

I'm not using ver 2020.2.

As @BrandonB  mentioned, you need version 2020.2 to use the Intelligence Suite. The additional tools are automatically added with the install and are not available otherwise. You can download the new version at downloads.alteryx.com.

After you upgrade, the tools will be shown with a lock at the bottom of them. You'll need to activate an Intelligence Suite license to unlock and use them. Go to Options > Manage Licenses > Activate New License.
