Using list of Key words to update Fields

Hi,

So I have a sheet filled with Job titles. I have a list of key words that I want to use in order to create a Job Family for these titles. I have attached a list. Creative is the job group to look at. Row 2 with Content Development, Editing, etc are the Job families I want to create if one of the words below these are found within the job title. Please let me know if there's a faster way to do this without writing a ton of IF statments in the formula tool.

The find and replace tool is what you're looking for. It can look to see if data contains your keywords. I'm using the append fields configuration, meaning any unmatched job titles would have a null value that you could filter and look at in more detail. I prepared an example for you:
