Using directory tool with different schema of the files (data type of fields is different)

Hi,
I am using directory tool for importing different files with same names but for some files, schema is different. (I have attached snips of data type of different files).
I have also attached my working snip. I am getting error at Dynamic input tool for different schema.

Please provide me solution for the same.
