Using contains formula to look through entire column

Hey all,

I have attached a sample of my workflow.

I am using a contains formula to check if the name in column 2 is in column 1 but currently it only checks row by row. What I want is for it to look through the entirety of column 1. For example, in the sample workflow only row 3 would say "N/A" and all others would say "Match"

Any help is appreciated

Thanks
